Refund policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. While we cannot accept returns of opened products for hygiene and safety reasons, we do provide refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

Wrong Item Sent – If you received the wrong product.

Damaged or Defective Product – If your product arrives damaged or is defective.

Lost in Transit – If your order does not arrive due to carrier issues.

Conditions for Refund/Replacement

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Items must remain unused, unopened, and in original packaging (except in the case of defective items).

Refund Process

Once approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

For defective or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by JJLBRO.
